Forever Friday Farm Barn Rules
Be safe & have fun!
To insure you have a pleasant experience with us, and for the comfort of your horse, below are a few guidelines to help make your stay here enjoyable.
Safety & Equipment

All horses must have a halter and lead rope.

No open-toed shoes in the barn or around horses.

Helmets are required for anyone under 18 or when jumping in the arena.

Riding and handling horses is at your own risk.
Feeding & Care
-
All hay, grain, and supplements are provided by management. Do not feed extra hay, grain, or treats without permission.

Horses on the basic feed program receive one scoop of Tribute feed per day; supplements can be provided as arranged.

Keep all personal items stored neatly in designated areas.
Barn & Arena Use
-
Clean up after yourself and your horse—manure, grooming tools, trash, and arena debris.

Use cross-ties and wash bays properly; return hoses and tools to their proper storage.

Turn off all lights and disconnect heaters when leaving.

Keep doors closed in winter; in summer, barn doors may remain open unless a storm is coming.

No running in the barn, riding in the alley, or unsafe behavior.
Property & Conduct

Drive 5 MPH on farm property.

Dogs are allowed only with proof of vaccinations and must be leashed. Aggressive dogs will not be permitted.

The farm is smoke-free and drug-free.
Boarding & Payment
-
Board is due on the first of each month; late fees apply after the fifth.

Hard keepers or messy horses incur an additional $50/month.

Thirty-day notice is required for moving a horse off the property. All invoices and fees must be settled before departure.
General Policies

No outside instructors or lessons given by boarders are allowed.

Liability waivers must be signed by all boarders, guests, and visitors.

Respect all horses, people, equipment, and property at all times.
