Hi, I'm Ileea Griffiths. Owner & operator here at Forever Friday Farm located in Newville, Pennsylvania. A local, family-run Horse Farm that provides quality-care horse boarding, training & horse back riding lessons.

Our farm is surrounded by beautiful mountain views in Cumberland County. We are easily accessible off of Route 81 & Route 76 (The Pennsylvania Turnpike) & less then 30 minutes drive from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA & Shippensburg University. Our farm is only 3.5 miles from Colonel Denning State Park which has designated horseback riding trails, horse trailer parking & much more. Cumberland Rails to Trails is also only a short trailer ride away. We are local to a number of well known show rings & arenas. Lots of show & trail riding opportunities are available to boarders & students!

Have you been out of horseback riding for a length of time? Had a previous fall or injury that now causes you fear or anxiety? Are you new to horses & looking for a safe, non-judgmental place to learn & get started? Forever Friday Farm Welcomes YOU & your family! We gladly offer private lessons where you will get 1:1 direct attention & care. Beginners to experienced, all are welcome here! Haul your horse(s) in to work on problem solving & technique or use one of ours. (Proof of current negative coggins required.) We would love to help you & be a part of this special journey.​​

We make good use of our own 100 x 200 ft. outdoor riding ring w/ NEW footing. Enjoy our organized, heated tack room. We provide daily mucking of our 12 x 12 ft. matted stalls with front & rear windows, bedded deep with fresh pine shavings/sawdust. Heated water buckets in the winter months & stall fans to keep horses cool in the summer heat. We offer Tribute Feeds (Essential K, Kalm N Easy); or feed of choice @ boarders expense. Individual supplementing at no extra cost. An indoor wash bay with hot & cold water is available for use. Multiple cross-ties for grooming needs and tacking up. Hitching Post. Dry Lot. Free choice salt/mineral block. We provide hoof/body checks & daily watering. Horses are turned out on well groomed pastures with 7 wire hot cote insulated fencing. Pasture rotation, mowing & dragging schedules keep our fields producing lush forage. Fly mask application, blanketing, & holding for ferrier/vet may also be arranged for an additional fee.

We believe strongly that horses should be munching hay & forage as much as possible. We proudly offer Free Choice hay options & Hay Chix hay nets. Quality hay is supplied by a local farmer. Round bales & square bales are available.

We have reliable contact with our ferrier and veterinarian in case of emergencies or if you're in need of a referral.

Traveling or visiting our area & need a safe, warm place to keep your equine partners? We provide accommodations for layovers & overnight stay for clean loads. We also have experience in sales & would love to help you or your family member find their next forever companion.

I know each horse is unique. We will work with you & your equine partner to give you both the specific guidance & tools that are needed to grow exponentially as individuals & as a TEAM. ENGLISH & WESTERN DISCIPLINES OFFERED!  Weather you’re equine partner needs started, patterned, or simply seasoned. We have methods to help curb various, common issues & focus on problem solving! Some examples include but are not limited to, gate or pattern issues, working on becoming soft, supple & flexing, obtaining more 'snap' on the backside of the barrel, ground work, slow work or 'fine tune ups.'

You are not alone & we are here to help.

Our horse training program includes a minimum of one private lesson per week/ 4 lessons a month with you & your horse absolutely FREE of charge. The lessons are optional but come highly recommended. This allows time to work on things together & include you in the training process. We offer a free training assessment where we will come to you. Please contact us to set up.
